Logistics operations already use various models of plastic pallets in their internal, external and reverse movements. Which are manufactured using similar processes and with virgin or recycled thermoplastic resins. Among these processes, we can mention plastic injection, vacuum forming, extrusion, blowing, intrusion and plastic rotomolding.<\/span><\/p>\n Each of these processes serves different operations, from load capacities, ease of cleaning, durability or thermal and mechanical resistance.<\/span><\/p>\n Some experiments in the use of plastic pallets, mainly from imported waste, were not successful in Brazil. This is due to a lack of attention to the technical specifications of the available pallets and their suitability for the use and application for which they were intended in the domestic market. This first bad impression of the plastic pallet caused by lower quality products limited the use of plastic. Making industries stop replacing wooden pallets or opt for pallets made from different materials and at a higher cost, such as aluminum or stainless steel pallets, for example.<\/span><\/p>\n However, there are currently several high-quality and resistant plastic pallet options on the market that provide great safety and better value for money.<\/span><\/p>\n
