Returning the product or part of it to the company considerably reduces waste production.<\/p>\n<p>With the constant increase in waste generation and, mainly, due to incorrect disposal, in 2010 the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.planalto.gov.br\/ccivil_03\/_ato2007-2010\/2010\/lei\/l12305.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">National Solid Waste Policy (PNRS)<\/a> was instituted by law 12,305\/10. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.planalto.gov.br\/ccivil_03\/_ato2007-2010\/2010\/lei\/l12305.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">PNRS<\/a> defines the principles, objectives and instruments, as well as guidelines, relating to the management and management of solid waste, including dangerous waste, such as oil and derivatives. So that the final product or part of it returns to the industry.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mma.gov.br\/cidades-sustentaveis\/residuos-perigosos\/logistica-reversa\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">reverse logistics<\/a> has a direct connection with this law. For some sectors its implementation is mandatory, as is the case with manufacturers, importers, distributors and traders of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"bullet-star\">Pesticides, their residues and packaging;<\/li>\n<li class=\"bullet-star\">Batteries and batteries;<\/li>\n<li class=\"bullet-star\">Tires;<\/li>\n<li class=\"bullet-star\">Lubricating oils and packaging;<\/li>\n<li class=\"bullet-star\">Electronic products and components;<\/li>\n<li class=\"bullet-star\">Lamps.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If the company belongs to any of these sectors, it will be necessary to build a strategy for collecting products and packaging related to them. An example of this is providing collection points.<\/p>\n<p>See below the steps that constitute reverse logistics:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>The consumer returns the product\/packaging to the merchant or distributor;<\/li>\n<li>The merchandise is taken to the manufacturer or importer;<\/li>\n<li>The merchandise is sent for reuse, recycling or correct disposal.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Even for companies that operate in sectors that do not use materials considered dangerous, it is important to implement this strategy.<\/p>\n<p>Reverse logistics is seen as a solution to\u00a0reduce the amount of waste in the environment. It presents several positive points for the environment and society, promoting sustainable awareness.
