{"id":98628,"date":"2017-03-20T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2017-03-20T03:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tecnotri.com.br\/blog\/social-transformation-through-engineering-and-sustainable-development-projects\/"},"modified":"2017-03-20T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2017-03-20T03:00:00","slug":"social-transformation-through-engineering-and-sustainable-development-projects","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tecnotri.com.br\/en\/blog\/social-transformation-through-engineering-and-sustainable-development-projects\/","title":{"rendered":"Social Transformation, Through Engineering and Sustainable Development Projects"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>With the mission of implementing systems for <a href=\"https:\/\/tecnotri.com.br\/produtos\/index\/14\/Cisternas---Kits-Reuso-de-Agua-Tecnotri\">rainwater capture<\/a> in Shelters for Needy Young People, the \u201c<b>Sustainable Shelters\u201d<\/b> project brings ecological education and makes the rational use of drinking water possible for young people in the communities.<\/p>\n<p>The partnership between <b>TECNOTRI \/ ENGENHEIROS SEM FRONTEIRAS N\u00daCLEO RIO DE JANEIRO<\/b> once again bore excellent fruit this week with the installation of four more <a href=\"https:\/\/tecnotri.com.br\/produto\/index\/197\/Cisterna-Vertical-Modular-1050-L-Tecnotri-com-Filtro-Tecnotri\">cisterns<\/a> for rainwater harvesting, at <b>ABRIGO BEIJA-FLOR<\/b> in Austin, Municipality of Nova Igua\u00e7u-RJ<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_4137\" style=\"width: 510px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-4137\" class=\"wp-image-4137 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/tecnotri.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/Transformacao-Social-Atraves-de-Projetos-de-Engenharia-e-Desenvolvimento-Sustentavel-2.jpg\" alt=\"Social Transformation, Through Engineering and Sustainable Development Projects\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-4137\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Shelter Project Sustainable<\/p><\/div>\n<p>The institution houses 31 children and adolescents aged between 1 and 18 who lived in risk situations. Referred by the children&#8217;s court and the guardianship council, these children have already suffered domestic violence or neglect and are welcomed at ABRIGO as a protective measure under the ECA (Child and Adolescent Statute).<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the children, there are also 16 other people living at Abrigo Beija-flor, including employees and interns who help keep the entity running.<\/p>\n<p>Small collaborative and sustainable actions like these have made a big difference in the lives of people, the community and the planet.<\/p>\n<p><b>On the left.
