It is necessary to extract the best from each person, leveraging our\u00a0strengths and seeking continuous improvements, in order to become increasingly\u00a0better professionals. The company Tecnotri invests in training and development of its\u00a0employees.<\/p>\n<p>This Thursday, 07\/28\/2016, we concluded the leader development training, with instructor M\u00e1rcia Rigo. The following employees participated in the training: Adriano\u00a0Riva, Jonas Pagoto, Joanir Verdi, Josiane Moreira, Leandro Soares, Naira de Azeredo and\u00a0Ros\u00e2ngela Petrowichy. The Training was of great value, as it gave employees the opportunity to exchange ideas, information and the most precise asset we can have, Knowledge.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/tecnotri.com.br\/en\/\">Tecnotri<\/a>, bringing ideas together, developing people in search of increasingly better results, focusing on the satisfaction of our customers.<\/p>\n<div
