Proof of this is that almost 64.2% of consumers considered free shipping to be the main disadvantage of an online purchase, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spcbrasil.org.br\/wpimprensa\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/Analise_consumo_online_junho_2018.pdf\">research carried out by the Credit Protection Service<\/a> (SPC Brasil) and the National Confederation of Store Managers (CNDL).<\/p>\n<p>But also pay close attention to delivery times. The result would be the weight to be considered in the shipping cost.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Offer a competitive shipping price<\/h2>\n<p>Many customers abandon their cart because they think the shipping cost is high. To avoid this, try to include the shipping cost before the customer completes the purchase. This measure helps prevent customers from giving up on purchasing the product at the final stage of the purchasing journey.<\/p>\n<p>The ideal would be to be able to offer free shipping. The shipping cost, therefore, needs to be passed on to the price of the product. Although you may have to absorb part of the delivery cost, the average ticket for your orders will increase and compensate for the difference in shipping. One option is to set a minimum purchase value for the customer to have free shipping.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, you should be able to provide delivery time information to customers and provide a link to track orders.
