Experts debate the topic"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Since their implementation, the Regulatory Standards aim to establish some rules that allow, even with adaptations, the best working conditions, respecting the physical and psychological characteristics of each worker. The <strong>NR17<\/strong>\u00a0and <strong> NR36<\/strong>\u00a0standards are rules designed to provide comfort and safety, leading to more efficient performance of worker activities.<\/p>\n<p>With <strong>eSocial,<\/strong> regulations gain more momentum, leading the industry, mainly, to a phase of transformation in the way its managers and employees view work in the company&#8217;s day-to-day activities.<\/p>\n<p>These standards aim to preserve worker health and safety.
