1. General conditions
All occurrences involving exchange or refund must be made within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery and shall be sent to our customer service section (SAC), through phone or e-mail sac@tecnotri.com.br.
The Tecnotri disclaims the obligation to meet the requests for Exchange or return of any returned product without such communication, outside the time limit or absence of items/accessories that accompany it.
2 when you refuse the product
In the event of any of the hypotheses below listed refuse receipt of the request, justify on the back of the invoice or delivery note ISSUING and contact Tecnotri through our customer service online, via our call center by phone or by e-mail: sac@tecnotri.com.br
-Open or damaged Packaging;
-Defective Product;
-Product in disagreement with the request;
-Lack of accessories;
If you accept the product, please contact us through our customer service online, via our call center by phone or by e-mail sac@tecnotri.com.br by up to 72 hours upon receipt.
If the divergence in the product/application is not apparent or easy identification and is detected only after receipt, you still will have 72 hours to get in touch with Tecnotri.
Expired requests will not be accepted and in this case, the customer will be liable for payment of the freight.
The Exchange will be made only after receipt and analysis of the returned product. If there was the absence of the divergence between the purchased product and the product delivered, or malfunctions, evidence of misuse or absence of manual/accessories/invoice, the Tecnotri is free to accept the return and make the Exchange, and may send the product to the customer without prior consultation and carriage forward.

3 Exchange or cancellation of purchase
The return of any product can only be made within a period of up to 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery.

To exchange a product, the following conditions shall be observed:
• the product must be returned in its original packaging, without traces of usage, without violating the original manufacturer's seal, accompanied by the DANFE (auxiliary electronic invoice Document), the manual and all the accessories.
3.1 Return for on-site collection of delivery
The Tecnotri collects the product (s) at the same address where delivery was performed.
The collections are made from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 the 6:00 pm. Our carrier leaves, a proof of collection.
It is essential to follow the instructions below:
· Pack the product in your original packaging or similar;
· return all items/accessories that accompany the product;
· Add the duplicate of DANFE (auxiliary Document electronic invoice) received on delivery.
And he must be sent to the product is identified;
· report, on the back of the DANFE, the reason for return;
· request a proof of delivery to the carrier. If the carrier does not have the Protocol, undeliverable merchandise and communicate the fact to the customer service (SAC), by e-mail sac@tecnotri.com.br or through our call center by phone.
4 deadline for resolution of the Exchange
The Tecnotri has up to 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product in your factory, to verify that the request meets the requirements of the policy for exchanges and Returns. If so, will send another product to the client.
In the case of products purchased from vendors partners, the period of 30 (thirty) calendar days to perform the Exchange passes from the receipt of the product at our factory.
4.1 refund of amount paid
The Tecnotri will make the refund of amounts paid using the same form of payment in the shopping process.
On purchases paid with credit card, the card administrator will be notified and the reversal will occur in the next invoice or later, at once, regardless of the number of plots used in the purchase. The period of compensation depends on the card administrator.
On purchases paid with bank transfer or debit card account, the refund will be made through bank deposit, in up to 10 (ten) working days, only on current account of (a) buyer (a), which should be individual. And the CPF of the holder of the current account is the same as in the request (CPF). If the buyer (a) does not have a current account that meets the conditions mentioned, will be sent, within the same period, a payment order on behalf of the owner of the purchase. It can be redeemed at any branch of the Bank of Brazil, upon presentation of ID and CPF. The return of values will be processed only upon receipt and review of the product (s) at Tecnotri.
Attention: the Tecnotri disclaims the obligation to meet the requests for Exchange or return of any returned product without communication to the customer service (SAC), e-mail sac@tecnotri.com.br, seasoned or with absence of items/accessories that accompany it.
5 Return by repentance or abandonment
The return by repentance or withdrawal should happen until the seventh (07) day run from receipt of the product. In these situations, you will have the option to request a refund for the purchase price, including shipping, or use the value for the purchase of another item. Requests outside the deadline will not be accepted.
The return of the product can only happen if it is in your original packaging, with the seal intact, without evidence of use, with the manual and also the accessories. You must also send the Tax Coupon/Receipt/ISSUING of purchase of the product. If found any evidence that points misuse, no manual, no accessories, no Invoice or packing raped, Tecnotri is free to accept return and make restitution of the value, and may return the product without prior consultation and carriage forward. To cancel the purchase of a product
If the chosen form of payment is Bank and the payment is not made within the time limit, the request is automatically cancelled. The same happens with payments over the internet if, due to a system failure, you cannot access the internet banking.

The Tecnotri disclaims the obligation to cancel any product that does not fulfil the requirements of policy exchanges and Returns.
Cancellation or withdrawal that is with the carrier
In case of cancellation of purchase after issuance of the invoice, refuse delivery of the product. After the return of the goods to our factory, we will process the refund in the same form of payment and the total amount paid for the purchase.
Collection failure
The Tecnotri is committed to perform up to three consecutive attempts, until 48 hours after the last attempt.

The basic concept of the rotomolding process is based on even distribution of material on the internal surfaces of a mould for biaxial rotation.
The process:
Consists of a molding technique of most thermoplastics and some thermosets, ideal for the production of hollow parts without seams or seams, partially or fully closed. Considering the moulding process most commonly used, i.e. with three steps, and loading and unloading, heating and cooling, we have:
1st Step: loading and unloading

3rd Step: Cooling
