Tecnotri Cargo Safe

The Tecnotri Cargo Safe, Safe Box, or Thermal Cargo Safe, ensures the safe transport of hazardous and incompatible products alongside other products within the same container.

Temperature-Controlled Transport

The Pró Therm models are made to meet all the logistics and safety requirements that temperature-controlled transport demands. With impressive thermal capacity, they withstand temperatures from -70°C to +60°C, enabling a wide range of uses and making them
ideal for cargo segregation.

Built to Segregate Incompatible Materials

Highly resistant and immune to chemical agents. The Tecnotri Cargo Safe has stainless steel latches and a lid handle, ensuring the safe’s secure closure during cargo transport. In case of leaks or spills, there’s no contamination of the environment or other products, since the hazardous material stays fully contained inside the safe.

Stackable and Palletizable

Can be easily moved with pallet jacks or forklifts.

Color Options and Optional Items

Standard in orange, blue, or black, but can also be made in various colors upon request. They can also be customized by model, with an area for seals and padlocks, an option for stainless steel side latches, a hinged lid lock, an optional document holder, and a digital thermometer. Also compatible with data loggers.

Capacity and Safe Models

Cargo safes are available in double-wall, triple-wall (thermal), and Pró-Therm versions. The thermal versions allow the transport of chilled and dry products within the same container. With load capacities ranging from 115 to 560 liters, depending on the model, they’re widely used by food, pharmaceutical, distribution, seafood, supermarket, and restaurant companies.

Tests and Qualifications

The models have been tested and meet the guidelines of the new RDC 430/2020 and follow ANVISA’s Good Manufacturing Practices standards.

Made from Rotomolded Plastic

Cargo safes offer great durability and versatility, ideal for transporting products with specific handling requirements. They’re also non-toxic, allowing direct contact with food. Made from 100% recyclable material.

**Cargo safes are developed based on the requirements and test methods of ABNT NBR 15589 and have an easy-to-clean surface.

Important: The cargo safe is not packaging, but rather a segregating element used during transport. It’s not intended for transporting hazardous products,
Class 1 (Explosives) and Class 7 (Radioactive) under Resolution No. 420/04 and its updates.
