What is a Tec Cube? 

The Tec Cube or pallet sleeve, also known as unitizing pallet or pallet box. It is a modular returnable packaging system, widely used in logistics, industrial and automotive operations. 

It combines three main parts:

1. Base (pallet): The lower structure, generally made of injected or blown plastic, serves as support for the weight of the load and allows movement with forklifts and pallet trucks.
2. Sleeve: The side wall of the box, made of folding panels, normally made of honeycomb PP (polypropylene). In the case of the TecCube, the sleeves are developed with Bubble technology, which provides greater resistance and impact absorption. This sleeve is foldable or removable, allowing the system to be collapsed when empty, saving up to 75% of space on return transport. The wall may also contain an opening, or window, to facilitate access to the inside of the box, without having to open it completely. 
3. Lid: The upper part that closes and protects the contents, ensuring stability when stacking and safety during transport.

Can I customize my Tec Cube? 

Yes! Tecnotri offers different models and sizes of TecCube Pallet Box, developed to meet different logistical and operational needs. The standard model has a height of 900 mm (90 cm), but it is possible to customize the height of the sleeve (wall) according to the volume, type of product or logistics process of your company. 

In addition, TecCube can be personalized with visual identification, allowing the recording or application of your brand, product code or traceability information, ensuring organization and personalized identity throughout the entire operation.
