We at TECNOTRI INDÚSTRIA DE PLÁSTICOS LTDA., a private legal entity headquartered at Rodovia RS 324, Km 75, No. 1001, in the city of Vila Maria-RS, Brazil, registered under CNPJ No. 04.452.774/0001-04, are committed to safeguarding your privacy while using the platform. CONSENT
When you provide your personal information and complete your registration, you must confirm that you accept the terms of this privacy policy. Once you do so, we understand that you agree to the collection of data for use by our company.

HOW LONG WE WILL STORE YOUR INFORMATION
We will keep the information we collect from you until you request its permanent deletion. In that case, we will immediately stop using your data for commercial purposes, but we will keep your data for up to 2 (two) years after the request, or for as long as we have legal, tax, or judicial obligations to fulfill regarding such data.
If you re-register on the platform after requesting data deletion, we may resume using your previously stored data.
You can delete your account at any time. However, please remember that any comments, information, copies, or reproductions of content you made available must be deleted by you wherever they were published.

DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS
The data subject has the right to obtain from the controller, regarding their personal data processed by the controller, at any time and upon request:
I – confirmation that processing is taking place;
II – access to the data;
III – correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data;
IV – anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data, or data processed in violation of this Law;
V – portability of data to another service or product provider, upon express request, in accordance with regulations set by the national authority, subject to trade and industrial secrets;
VI – deletion of personal data processed with the data subject’s consent, except in the cases provided for in Article 16 of the LGPD (Brazil’s General Data Protection Law);
VII – information about public and private entities with which the controller has shared data;
VIII – information about the possibility of not giving consent and the consequences of refusal;
IX – withdrawal of consent, under the terms of Article 8, Paragraph 5 of the LGPD.
HOW TO ACCESS AND CONTROL YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This policy is governed, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, particularly Law No. 13,709/2018, regardless of the laws of other states or countries, with the courts of the Client’s domicile having jurisdiction over any disputes arising from this document.
