Easy to Clean and Free of Fungi and Bacteria
The plastic pallet is ideal for replacing wooden pallets in sectors where hygiene is essential, such as the food, pharmaceutical, medicine, hospital, chemical, laboratory, cosmetics, meatpacking, and produce industries. A one-piece product that’s easy to clean. It has a UV additive and meets sanitary requirements and good manufacturing practices.
Long Service Life, No Maintenance Required
The plastic pallet has a long service life, averaging 10 years. It’s a durable, impact-resistant product with an excellent finish, easy to handle, and requires no maintenance costs.
Lighter and Stronger
Up to 70% lighter and stronger than a wooden pallet, the plastic pallet is immune to external agents, withstanding temperature variations from -35ºC to 60ºC without changing weight or color. That’s why it’s widely used in dairies, meatpacking plants, and food industries in general.
Excellent Cost-Effectiveness
It can generate savings of up to 75% compared to wooden pallets. This is possible thanks to its long service life, lack of maintenance, and easy cleaning, combined with the pallet’s light, consistent weight, which saves on freight and final transport costs.
Load Capacity
A very important factor when choosing a Plastic Pallet is load capacity. There are two types of loads to consider: Dynamic Load (the load supported while the pallet is in motion on a pallet jack or forklift) and Static Load (the load supported while the pallet is resting on the ground). A third variant is load capacity relative to the storage system, which can be Pallet Rack, Drive-In, or Rack.
