The employee will be responsible for supporting the Post-Sales department’s activities, checking the CRM and internal systems to identify customers who have made purchases, in order to schedule follow-up contacts and track their experience with the company.

They will also need to check customers who requested a quote but didn’t complete the purchase, seeking to understand the reasons and identify potential opportunities to resume negotiations or generate new business.

They will be responsible for aligning customer contact priorities with the sales team, helping to carry out contacts to assess customer satisfaction and experience, as well as recording the information gathered in the CRM and internal spreadsheets.

They must provide feedback to the sales team on the contacts made, take part in meetings to present performance results, and help prepare quotes for customers when needed.

They will also help meet the department’s goals and metrics, ensure customer requirements are met, and support the monitoring of corrective and preventive actions, metrics, and customer portals.

The employee must comply with the requirements of the Quality Management System, Environmental Management System, and other applicable institutional standards. They will also be responsible for properly segregating waste generated in their work area, helping keep processes organized and compliant.
