• Education: Completed Elementary School.

The employee will be responsible for performing quality inspection of products according to instructions, procedures, and specifications defined by the company, ensuring that the produced items comply with established standards. They must correctly record the notes of inspected products in the system, identify and issue labels, as well as organize materials in the quality inspection sector. They may also assist in small reworks on the inspected product, when necessary, in addition to performing the flaming of manufactured products. Whenever necessary, they must guide employees and leaders regarding product quality specifications, contributing to process standardization and the reduction of non-conformities.

They will participate in follow-up meetings of produced orders, verifying the completion of inspections, and must keep the immediate leader informed about sector needs, workforce availability, possible identified problems, and improvement opportunities.
