Pay Transparency and Pay Equity Report

Transparency and equity are the foundations of a fair, healthy workplace. This reaffirms our commitment to gender equity and to valuing every one of our employees. Through the Pay Transparency and Compensation Criteria Report, required under Brazilian Law No. 14,611/2023, and following the format set by the Ministry of Women and the Ministry of Labor and Employment, we’re presenting data for the 2 CNPJs (Brazilian company registrations) registered in Brazil with more than 150 employees, representing Tecnotri’s factories, offices, and distribution centers. The report, available for public review at the end of this section, provides detailed information about salary distribution within our company, analyzing criteria such as gender, race, and ethnicity. This information helps us identify areas for improvement and develop internal policies to ensure everyone has fair opportunities for advancement and compensation.

Our management team works continuously to develop initiatives that promote equity, both in terms of pay and growth opportunities within the company. We believe that a transparent, fair workplace is essential to building a strong, innovative, and socially responsible organizational culture. In doing so, Tecnotri not only meets legal requirements but also strengthens its position as a company committed to its employees’ wellbeing and to fostering a more equitable job market.
