It is with great happiness that today, on May 18th, Tecnotri celebrates 20 years of activities. It has been two decades of valuing innovation, technology and high quality in the development of solutions that bring more security and productivity to companies. We are very proud to be able to contribute to the growth of the north of Rio Grande do Sul, to be part of the region’s history and to elevate the city of Vila Maria as a major industrial hub. Two decades of excellence

Currently, Tecnotri is recognized for the quality of its complete line of plastic products aimed at companies’ internal, external and reverse logistics. But it wasn’t always like this: at the beginning of it all, four people fought intensely to get to where Tecnotri is today. It took a lot of dedication, courage and willpower to make it happen and transform an entire market. Today, with the plastic rotomolding process, the company develops a complete line of high-quality materials and cutting-edge technology. The products are widely used in the most different sectors: industrial, automotive, chemical, agricultural, construction, pharmaceutical, hygiene and cleaning, food and environment.

Tecnotri stands out for creating solutions to increase the security, efficiency and productivity of companies. She dominates all phases of product development, from design to execution. To do this, it uses state-of-the-art software and equipment and quality certification. Thus, it can serve large, medium and small companies across the country, from North to South, in addition to exporting to several other countries in South America.

From 2020 to 2021, Tecnotri implemented the advisory board; the expansion of the factory at the headquarters, in Vila Maria; increased agility at the Campinas Distribution Center; made constant improvements to the products offered, based on customer demands; carried out research and innovation actions to help combat the pandemic;  took care in various areas to guarantee the health and integrity of employees and customers; created the MPP seal for its own raw materials.

Through a qualified team of engineers, Tecnotri developed a process in which a product that has already fulfilled its function is used to become raw material in the creation of an entirely new part. This way, everyone benefits: people, companies and the environment. From this, the MPP (Own Raw Material) seal emerged.

Founded on May 18, 2001, in Marau, Rio Grande do Sul, Tecnotri started with the idea of partners Leonardo Segatt and Maurício Scorteganha to manufacture parts for a company in the city. The challenge was great, as in addition to opening the business, they needed to take a chance on a new market, which required investment and a lot of knowledge of rotational molding and molds.

In the beginning, in addition to the partners, the company had the collaboration of just two employees. In 2007, partner Clairton Bidtinger joined the team, bringing new knowledge and experience to help the company grow.

The business grew, and in 2013 a new factory was opened in the city of Vila Maria, contributing to the development of the municipality and generating new job opportunities for the population.

As time went by, Tecnotri began to gain more and more space in the market. From a service provider, it also began to manufacture and industrialize rotomolded products. In this way, the company expanded its workforce and acquired more machinery and equipment, expanding its product line and business.

This has been Tecnotri’s incredible trajectory in 20 years of activities. We are very happy to share with you some of our dedication and effort in presenting innovative and technological solutions for the rotomolded plastic market.
