The Regulatory Standards (NRs) of the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE) aim to ensure occupational safety and health in the workplace.

The Occupational Health and Safety Secretariat (SSST) is the body authorized to supervise, control and coordinate the activities mentioned in the standards.
