The White January Campaign is a campaign dedicated to inviting people to think about the meaning and purpose of their lives, the quality of their relationships and how much they know about themselves, their emotions, their thoughts and their behaviors, in other words, it is a campaign dedicated to putting Mental Health issues in the spotlight around the world in the name of preventing emotional illness.

With this in mind, on 01/29/2019, a conversation took place at Tecnotri on the topic “Mental Health” with psychologist and collaborator Jéssica Cristina Gandolfi, where issues of our daily lives were addressed that end up significantly affecting our mental health and that are often not given due importance by ourselves.

Whoever takes care of the mind takes care of life. Whoever takes care of emotions takes care of humanity. Whoever takes care of themselves already takes care of others!
