Who is RZ La Delizia and what was the challenge the company faced?

Founded in 2008, RZ La Delizia is a refrigeration industry that produces processed foods and sausages, in addition to slaughtering cattle and pigs.

With resilience, quality, respect for the consumer and unity of employees, it sought its own space and, currently, remains one of the best food industries in the state of Rio Grande do Sul.

The company had been experiencing difficulties related to the transportation of cargo, both within production and when loading trucks.

How did Tecnotri help improve productivity at RZ La Delizia?

The Tecnotri solutions used at the RZ La Delizia meatpacking plant to optimize operations and improve productivity were:

Plastic Pallet PL007

It is a standard pallet PBR 2, specifically for use with monoblocks/hollow boxes. As it contains side flaps, it allows the boxes to be locked, creating greater security during movement and storage. The product meets sanitary requirements and Good Manufacturing Practices, which ensures compliance with regulatory standards for the food segment.

In addition, this pallet has a 10-year factory warranty. A durable and impact-resistant solution, with an excellent finish, easy to handle and does not require maintenance costs.

Used for storing and transporting pork. The container is manufactured with virgin LDPE raw material, with non-toxic pigment and migration report, which allows direct contact with food, without risk of contamination. Its finish offers easy cleaning, preventing the proliferation of fungi and bacteria in the structure.

In addition, it is stackable, extremely robust and maintenance-free. Another advantage is that it has thermal insulation, preventing temperature changes from altering the interior contents — an important point for storing meat.
