On this journey we overcame many obstacles and challenges
The company’s trajectory began with the idea of partners Leonardo Segatt and Maurício Scorteganha to manufacture parts for a company in the city. The challenge at this time was great, as in addition to opening the business, they needed to take a chance on a new market, which required investment and a lot of knowledge of rotational molding and molds.
In the beginning, in addition to the partners, the company had the collaboration of just two employees. In 2007, partner Clairton Bidtinger joined the team, bringing new knowledge and experience to help the company grow.
The business grew, and in 2013 a new factory was opened in the city of Vila Maria, contributing to the development of the municipality and generating new job opportunities for the population.
As time went by, Tecnotri began to gain more and more space in the market. From a service provider, it also began to manufacture and industrialize rotomolded products. In this way, the company expanded its workforce and acquired more machinery and equipment, expanding its product line and business.
The constant search for the best generates recognition
Aware of its growing responsibilities, in 2006 the brand sought certification of its quality management system in accordance with NBR ISO 9001 standards, standardization standards to ensure the quality of a given service or product.
In 2016, Tecnotri was pre-selected to join Scale up Endeavor Indústria, an exclusive community of entrepreneurs at the head of the most prominent companies in Brazilian industry. The selection process involved more than 5,000 companies, focusing on transformation, industrial efficiency and growth potential in Brazil.
Tecnotri stood out in the Innovative Plastic Products category, for its products Tecnotri Cistern – Water Reuse Kit. Compact, ecological and easy to install, they do not need to be buried.
In 2017, Tecnotri actively participated in Scale-up Endeavor, carrying out a year of mentoring and improving businesses with growth potential, aimed at the new economy. The program aims to support companies with the potential to become great cases in Brazilian industry.
