Tecnotri’s people management policy and practice is the constant training and development of its employees.

In May 2018, the HR sector developed and began implementing the “Developing Talents” project, with the aim of developing and improving employees’ skills, attitudes and behavioral competencies, and thus encouraging teamwork and productivity.

On 07/16/18, the Leadership Module was closed. The training given by the Human Resources Manager, Rosângela Petrowichy, was attended by employees from the company’s administrative and commercial sectors.
