Since their implementation, the Regulatory Standards aim to establish some rules that allow, even with adaptations, the best working conditions, respecting the physical and psychological characteristics of each worker. The NR17 and NR36 standards are rules designed to provide comfort and safety, leading to more efficient performance of worker activities.

With eSocial, regulations gain more momentum, leading the industry, mainly, to a phase of transformation in the way its managers and employees view work in the company’s day-to-day activities.

These standards aim to preserve worker health and safety. And its application in industry makes it possible to reduce absences from work and also avoid company turnover.

By understanding that respect for health and the search for better conditions in the work environment is paramount, we see a cultural evolution in the company, leveraging engagement and generating unique motivation for employees in their daily tasks.

All these topics are covered by the participants: Kamilla Sartore, Jader Saremba, Maurício Scorteganha and Marco Schiavon in this webinar: Ergonomics in Industry. Mediated by Eduardo Mengoni, participants present their experiences with NR17, NR36 and eSocial, presenting their experience in the field of industrial ergonomics.
