Tecnotri’s Kick Off 2021, held on January 27th, brought renewal and enthusiasm to face the challenges that lie ahead.
The event took place at Casa Bianchi Winery and Restaurant, in Vila Maria (RS). So, it was a great opportunity for us to present the actions and advances of 2020 to our internal employees and also to align our objectives and strategies for 2021.
To carry out this Kick Off, all recommended security measures were taken. This way, we avoid contamination from COVID-19.
The company’s various sectors had the opportunity to speak to the team, presenting processes, achievements and future objectives. Furthermore, we would like to thank all the speakers, internal and external, who contributed to making this event fantastic. In particular, Leonardo Segatt, partner at Técnotri, Neto Paim, from the Research & Development, and our consultant Márcia Cristina Rigo, from MCR Consultoria Estratégica.

We are also grateful for the participation of the guest artists, who brought a lot of laughter, relaxation and joy: Moisés Zaffari, Matheus Lodi, Mariana Lodi and Seu Nico de Passo Fundo. And also to Casa Bianchi Vinícola e Restaurante, for the space, support and partnership, and to everyone who is part of this team that goes to infinity and beyond!
In 2021, we will continue to create plastic rotomolding solutions to optimize logistics and increase the safety, productivity and efficiency of companies.

The event began with an opening speech by Eduardo Mengoni, Commercial Director/MKT and R&D at Tecnotri. Next, Neto Pain, from the R&D area, spoke about the goals and challenges for 2021. Leonardo Segatt, Partner at Tecnotri, presented the “Word from the Board”. And then Clairton Bidtinger, also a Partner at the company, made some “Considerations about 2020”.
Next, Maurício Scorteganha, partner at Tecnotri, spoke about the “Industrial Macrostrategy 2021”. Afterwards, Thomas Santarém, Process Manager, and Joanir Verdi, Production Manager, spoke about “Production and its challenges for 2021”. Next, Rosângela Petrowichy, HR Management spoke about “A new vision of HR Tecnotri”, and Naira Azeredo, Financial sector Coordinator, spoke about “ADM and its influences on commercial”.
After lunch, Eduardo Bordignon, External Commercial Coordinator, gave the talk “Introducing the Tecnotri sales machine”. Next, Simone Broetto, responsible for Customer Service and Strategy at Loopa, spoke about “Loopa’s Actions in Tecnotri Marketing”. Afterwards, Geisi Decarli, Customer Marketing at Tecnotri, addressed the topic “Marketing close to you”, together with Maicon Xavier, Customer Success/Customer Marketing Coordinator and Leandro Tonin, Inside Sales Coordinator, spoke about “Focus on fast closing – Inside”.

After the Coffee Break, Eduardo Bordignon, Commercial Coordinator, addressed the topic “Closer – Consultancy generating great projects”. Next, Paula Lima, SDR Coordinator, spoke about “The beginning of the lead’s experiences at Tecnotri – SDR”. Maicon Xavier, Customer Success/Customer Marketing Coordinator, presented the lecture “Effective feedback of the sales funnel – CS”. Next, consultant Márcia Rigo spoke about “Teams go to infinity and beyond”. At the end of the afternoon, Eduardo Mengoni coordinated the closing of the event.
During the event, there were moments of relaxation and fun through performances by musical and performing artists. Uniting the Tecnotri team with joy and enthusiasm to face the challenges ahead.
