Learn about Tecnotri’s principles and actions towards sustainability

Throughout more than two decades of operations, we, at Tecnotri, have achieved prominence in the rotomolded plastic segment through constant innovation and also through our focus on being part of a better future.

This purpose generates an unbreakable commitment to sustainability, which manifests itself both in our production practices and in external actions. Below, we will present some of these initiatives that contribute to environmental care and a more sustainable world!

Sustainability: one of the company’s values

Along with ethics, quality, customer focus and continuous learning, concern for sustainability is one of the pillars that support all of our operations.

We are guided by the Environmental Policy, which says:

Tecnotri by Rototech Group aims to offer plastic solutions, committing to protecting the environment, preventing pollution, managing environmental aspects and reducing, reusing and recycling solid waste. Furthermore, the organization is committed to complying with applicable legislation and constantly improving the Environmental Management System (EMS).

We put this into practice in different ways, such as the production of ecologically conscious pallets and tanks, with sustainable manufacturing methods, in addition to training and awareness actions and contribution to social and environmental care projects.

Training on environmental awareness and the Waste Center

Our environmental management system works to promote the reduction, reuse and recycling of waste, working with approved suppliers, ensuring an environmentally appropriate destination.

Recently, we carried out training with our team, highlighting the commitment to environmental issues and the operation of the Waste Center, where employees had the opportunity to:

Know in detail the Environmental Policy, its importance and how to apply it in everyday life, with responsible attitudes and in line with our commitments;
Reflect on environmental care in the workplace, identifying impacts and how to minimize them;
Learn about the correct separation of waste, understanding the main types of waste generated in the company’s routine and how to dispose of it correctly;
Visit the Waste Center, understanding how the entire process works;
Receive training on the Emergency Response Plan (PAE), reinforcing the importance of prevention and correct action in risk situations, contributing to everyone’s safety and the protection of the environment.

Tecnotri support for association projects

In addition to having sustainability as one of the focuses of our manufacturing operations, we support initiatives from other institutions, which also aim to strengthen culture and social well-being:

Encouragement of wild defense, with CONVIDAS – Association for Wildlife Conservation
Since 2022, we have contributed to CONVIDAS’ mission of sheltering primates, birds, mammals and reptiles victims of natural accidents or human acts, also developing environmental education, research and fauna conservation programs.
Encouraging culture, with the Caravana da Ilusão Cultural Association
The troupe from Vila Maria/RS spreads joy, fun and excitement to the most diverse audiences through musical shows and plays, as well as workshops and social actions. We have contributed to initiatives since 2021.
Encouraging social good, with ABESFA – Associação Beneficente São Francisco de Assis
We contribute to the philanthropic, non-profit association with its own legal personality since 2022. ABESFA’s principles are the appreciation of life, the rescue of citizenship, humanization, spirituality, health, professionalization and family strengthening.
