Tecnotri’s plastic pallets and containment pallets are made using the rotomolding process. While the plastic pallet takes care of the transportation and storage of products, the containment pallet prevents the leakage of dangerous liquids. These two models stand out for their easy cleaning, lightness and ease of transport and movement. Because of this, they meet the requirements of various safety standards for industries.

What does each standard require? Now that you know what standards each industry has, check out the main points covered in each of them:
ANVISA
Anvisa provides in article 402 of RDC 17/2010 on Good Medicine Manufacturing Practices.
The standard establishes that the areas involved in the drug manufacturing process must always be clean and all exposed surfaces must be smooth and impermeable, in order to minimize the accumulation or release of particles or microorganisms and allow the repeated application of cleaning agents and disinfectants.
Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) cover a set of measures that must be adopted by food industries and food services to ensure sanitary quality and food compliance with technical regulations.
The importance of using smooth and impermeable surfaces is also addressed by RDC 48/2013, which provides for good Manufacturing Practices for Personal Hygiene Products, Cosmetics and Perfumes, and by RDC 47/2013, which determines Good Manufacturing Practices for Sanitizing Products.
MAP
According to IN 13/2003 of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply (MAPA), raw materials, primary packaging materials, intermediate or bulk products exposed to ambient air must have smooth interior surfaces free from cracks and open joints. Furthermore, these surfaces cannot release particles and must allow easy cleaning and disinfection, when necessary.
NR 17
According to NR 17, the company has the obligation to evaluate ergonomic working conditions for employees, and thus offer greater safety, efficiency, comfort and well-being. This includes equipment that can assist in this regard and even the organization of the employee’s functions.
NR 20
Regulatory Standard No. 20 (NR 20) is entitled “Safety and Health at Work with Flammables and Combustibles”. This standard applies to establishments that work with activities involving flammable liquids, such as extraction, production, storage, transfer, handling and manipulation processes. Its objective is to establish the minimum requirements that provide safety and health to people involved in these activities with flammable and combustible materials.
NR 36
NR-36 establishes the minimum requirements for the assessment, control and monitoring of risks existing in the slaughtering and processing industry of meat and meat products intended for human consumption. This standard guarantees the safety, quality of life and health of people involved in the production process of the food industry.
FSSC 22000
The FSSC 22000 standard is aimed at food safety certification for consumption by both humans and animals. This standard is based on ISO 22000 certification and also includes requirements for the proper functioning of food transport and storage.
HACCP
Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) – in English, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) – is a food safety management system that is based on the analysis of the various stages of food production, identifying potential dangers to consumers’ health and determining preventive measures to control these risks.
