Thinking about promoting workplace safety, health and quality of life for our employees, Tecnotri annually holds SIPAT, (Internal Week for the Prevention of Accidents at Work). In 2016, the activities took place in August from 15/08 to 24/08.
With a program full of activities, SIPAT Week 2016 was attended by all employees, as well as professionals and entities in the area of health and safety.
To begin with, a competition was held among employees to create a sentence about workplace safety, to be the theme of SIPAT 2016. The winning sentence, chosen by CIPA, was written by worker Marcos Antônio Teixeira:

On 08/12, the Bio Marau Laboratory carried out blood collection to carry out Glucose and Cholesterol tests.
The official opening of SIPAT was on 15/08 with a meeting and after breakfast. On 08/16, the occupational physician, Dr. Ricardo Presotto, came to the company to evaluate the blood tests individually for each employee. On 08/17, a lecture on Diabetes and Hypertension was held with Dr. Mateus Dalagasperina Pedro and nurse Adiles Dalprá.

On 08/23, a lecture on Ergonomics and Workplace Gymnastics was held with physical education teacher Jonas Casa.
To finalize the SIPAT 2016 schedule, on 08/24, an area abandonment simulation was carried out, with Occupational Safety Technician Márcia Loreva, in order to provide employees with information on how to proceed in the event of an emergency exit from the company.
The closing also included a satisfaction survey, carried out among all participants. An open space for criticism, suggestions and evaluation of the activities carried out. With 97% satisfaction, the SIPAT 2016 week was a success, and ended its work with some suggestions for topics and lectures for 2017.
